Directions:
Use top sirloin steak and a couple of skinless and boneless chicken breasts.
Marinate both the steak and chicken for 8 hours or longer in Claude’s Brisket Marinating Sauce.
Barbecue the meat slowly (low to medium low heat), using the sauce to marinate the meat.
When done cut the meat up in very small cubes.
On the side fix Spanish rice, beans, guacamole, salsa and lettuce.
Warm up corn tortillas or flour tortillas.
Put meat and other condiments into tortillas and serve.

Preparation time: 30 minutes to 1 hour
