3 eggs
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
2 Tbs. powdered sugar
juice of 1/2 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º.
Put eggs in blender, beat about a minute, then gradually add flour and milk. Continue mixing about 30 seconds. Put butter in 2-3 quart baking or oven-proof skillet and place in oven to melt butter, or until puffy and brown. Remove pancake from oven, sprinkle with sugar and lemon juice and return to oven for 2-3 minutes, until pancake is glazed.
