2 lbs cubed has browns
1 stick melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 pint sour cream
1/2 diced yellow onion
salt and pepper
2 1/2 - 3 cups crushed corn flakes
1 stick melted butte

Directions:
Directions:
Mix hash browns and melted butter. Add soup, cheese, sour cream, onion and salt and pepper.

Topping: mix corn flakes and melted butter.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes in 9x13 baking dish. Lisa usually bakes half time covered with foil and half time uncovered.
