3/4 cup butter
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
3½ cups all purpose flour
2½ tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1¾ cups buttermilk
Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter in large mixing bowl on medium of electric mixer until softened. Add sugar and vanilla. Beat until well combined. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Stir in flour, baking powder and soda, add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk, beating just until combined. Spread batter into a greased 13x9x½ inch baking pan. Bake at 350º for 40 to 45 minutes.Frost with fudge frosting or whatever you desire.
