1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
2 whole eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
3 large ripe bananas
2 cups flour
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar well. Beat eggs and add to the butter mixture. Mash bananas well and add. Mix soda with sifted flour. Stir into batter. Add nuts and mix well. Pour into 2 well greased load pans. Bake at 375º for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350º and bake for 45 minutes. Cool a few minutes in pan, then turn out onto rack.
