Ingredients:
1 bag Rolos
1-2 sleeves store-bought chocolate chip cookie dough (or other flavor)

Directions:
Directions:
Slice cookies from roll. Break each slice into thirds. Insert 1 piece each in every cup of a mini muffin tin. Bake 5 minutes.

In meantime, unwrap candies. Remove half-baked cookies from oven and stick a candy in each cup, pressing down but not too hard. Re-bake 3-5 more minutes.

You can do this with any kind of cookie dough or candy. My family's favorite is chocolate chip dough with mini peanut butter cups inside. I make dozens of these each year and can't keep up with the demand! The kids love to make them 'cause they're so quick and easy. I like raisin cookie mix with a Hershey's kiss!

Personal Notes:
Becky contributed this just before Christmas 2009 because Jeannine needed a quick/easy recipe for a cookie exchange at work. These look festive and are delicious. We decided to make enough for everyone we know! Enjoy!
