4¾ cups sifted powdered sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/3 cup boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix powdered sugar and cocoa. Add butter or margarine, boiling water and vanilla. Beat with electric mixer on low speed until combined. Beat 1 minute on medium speed. Cool 20 to 30 minutes or until of spreading consistency.
