Cream Puff Batter:
1 stick of butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs

Filling:
1 box of instant vanilla pudding

Chocolate Topping:
3 tbsp. half & half
1/3 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1/4 stick of butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Make instant vanilla pudding mix and put in refrigerator.

Heat 1 stick of butter and add 1 cup of flour. Add 4 eggs (one at a time) beating each one. Batter should get elastic like. Spoon onto cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for about 1/2 hour till brown.
Cool.

Add a little chocolate icing.
Heat 3 tablespoons of half and half. Add 1/3 cup of cocoa. Add 1 1/2 cups of confectioners sugar, 1/4 stick of soft butter and a teaspoon of vanilla. Mix all together.
