200 g (8 barritas) de chocolate
200 g de nata montada
100 g de mantequilla
5 cucharadas de azúcar
3 yemas de huevo
fideos de chocolate
Directions:
Directions:
Fundir el chocolate troceado al baño María con el azúcar y la mantequilla. Cuando esté tibio, añadir las yemas y la nata, mezclarlo bien y dejarlo en el congelador hasta que se haya endurecido. Formar bolitas y rebozarlas con fideos de chocolate. Se sirven en cápsulas de papel rizado. Se pueden sustituir los fideos de chocolate por chocolate rallado o cacao en polvo.
