250 g de higaditos (sin corazón)
250 g de mantequilla
sal
1 laurel (y tomillo)
2 cucharadas de brandy
nueces troceadas
Directions:
Directions:
Cocer los higaditos con sal y laurel. Machacar calientes y añadir mantequilla. Mezclar bien. Añadir las nueces.
Se pone en el frigorífico un rato en un molde.
Para desmoldar ponerlo en otro recipiente con agua caliente.
