1 cup grits
4 cups water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 stick butter
1 roll garlic cheese
2 eggs, well beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Cook "quick grits" until done. Pour in mixings. Stir until cheese is melted. Fold in the well beaten eggs and pour into a buttered casserole. Cook at 300ºF for about 1 hour.
