1 cup white sugar
1 cup corn syrup
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
5 cup Special K cereal
1 pkg. chocolate chips
2 pkg. butterscotch chips

Directions:
Directions:
Boil together the white sugar and corn syrup to a rolling boil and remove from heat. Add peanut butter and cereal and mix well. Press into a buttered 15x11 jelly roll pan. Butter hands to make it easier to press mix onto bottom and into corners of pan.
Melt together the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips over boiling water, spread evenly over cereal mixture and cool.
This can be cut into 3 or more slabs and frozen but must be at room-temperature before cutting.
