8 inch pie crust (your favorite uncooked dough)
3 eggs (or egg beaters), well beaten
1 1/2 T. flour
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. fruit yogurt, any flavor (mix in the fruit)
1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
Berries or sliced fruit of your choice (if using apple,
cooked is best)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Blend all filling ingredients thoroughly, except for the fruit. Bake for one hour until set.
Chill before serving. Add layer of fruit on top.

This is a variation of a recipe I found in a library book. My favorite is blueberry yogurt with precooked blueberries on top.
