1 pkg. yeast (dry)
1/4 c. warm water (the recipe says "warm weather")
1 1/2 c. warm buttermilk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 T sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp soda
4 1/2 c. all purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in water. Beat in buttermilk, oil, sugar, salt, soda & 2 c. flour until smooth. Stir in remaining flour. Place in greased bowl. Cover & let rise.

There is no temperature or time to cook. Most of her roll recipes call for 425 degrees. Then you will just have to watch them.
