1 Large Sliced Onion
2 c. Sliced Celery
2 tbsp. Fat
1 can (19 oz) Bean Sprouts, Drained
11/2 c. Chopped Cooked Turkey
2 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
11/2 c. Hot Water
2 tsp. Soy Sauce
2 tbsp. Corn Starch
1/4 c. Cold Water
Salt & Pepper
Chow Mein Noodles

Cook onion and celery in fat - 10 min. Add bean sprouts, turkey and Bouillon cubes dissolved in hot water. Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes. Add soy Sauce. Stir in Corn Starch blended with cold water. Cook, stirring until thickened. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve over noodles with additional soy sauce, if desired.
