1 pint fresh strawberries
2 bags (or bunches) fresh spinach

Dressing:
½ C sugar
1 ½ Tbsp green onion, chopped
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp paprika
½ C olive oil
½ C balsamic or cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Wash spinach & remove tough stems. Tear large leaves into small pieces, drain well.

Combine dressing ingredients, whisk together.

Slice well-drained strawberries into halves or quarters. Add dry spinach. Pour dressing over all and toss.
