3 lb hamburger (extra lean)
1 C dry grated Parmesan cheese
1 C dry Italian bread crumbs
¼ C dry parsley
2 lb strawberry jam
24 oz Homemade-brand chili sauce (short chubby jars)

Directions:
Directions:

Blend hamburger, Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs & parsley and fry in light oil or bake in shallow pan until brown, approx. 20 minutes at 350°.

Mix strawberry jam & chili sauce. Heat meatballs with sauce
Sauce also very good with cocktail wieners or buy frozen meatballs from Trader Joe’s or Costco.
