2 lbs poached shrimp
Prepare the following sauce. Rub bowl with garlic
½ C finely chopped celery
1 stalk finely chopped green onion
1 tsp chopped chives
6 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp lemon juice
¼ tsp hot pepper sauce
5 Tbsp horseradish
2 Tbsp prepared mustard
¼ tsp paprika
¾ tsp salt
½ tsp white pepper

You may marinate the shrimp in this sauce for 12 hours or the time may be much shorter. A clove of garlic may be added to the mixture for 2 hours. Serve well chilled on lettuce. Enjoy!!!
