3/4 cup flour
4-5 tsp cayenne
2-3 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
about 1 lb wings
Sauce:
1/2 melted butter
1/2 hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Line a cookie sheet with foil. Spray with Pam.
Mix flour, cayenne,garlic, salt in bag; add wings & shake.
Put wings on baking sheet and refrigerate 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 400º
mix sauce ingredients and dip wings in sauce. Place on sheet. Cook about 45 minutes. Turn when they are half cooked.
