1) Paneer 100gms
2) Capsicum 2
3) Onion 1
4) Tomato 2
5) Paneer Tikka Masala
6) Yogurt
7) Lemon Juice
8) Salt to taste
8) Coriander leaves

Directions:
Directions:
1) Cut paneer in cubes and wash it under warm water.
2) Cut capsicum, onion and tomato in square shape.
3) Beat yogurt and mix paneer tikka masala (from Indian Store), salt and lemon juice.
4) Soak cut paneer, capsicum and onion in the yogurt mix for 2-3 hours. Don't soak tomato in the mix.
5) Take the skewer and put each of paneer, capsicum, onion and tomato one after another.
6) Barbecue the skewer for couple of minutes and keep it rolling until paneer and vegetables are a little brown.
7) Another way to cook this can be to set the paneer and vegetables in a baking dish and bake it for around 20 minutes at 300 F.
8) Garnish the dish with cut coriander leaves and serve it with coriander chutney and cucumber raita(Both recipes are in the book)
