1 T yellow cornmeal
1/2 pound ground beef
1 packet of Bisquick baking mix
1/4 c of yellow cornmeal
2 T butter, softened
3T, very hot water
1 jar taco sauce
2 T drained chopped green chilies
2 T sliced green onion
1/2 c shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese

Grease cookie sheet; sprinkle with 1 T cornmeal. Cook and stir ground beef in 8" skillet until brown; drain

Mix baking mix, 1/4 c cornmeal and the butter; stir in water until stiff dough forms. Roll into 12" circle on generously floured surface. Place on cookie sheet. Pinch edge to form 1/2" rim

Spread sauce over dough; top with beef and remaining ingredients. Bake at 450 degrees until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 15 minutes.
