Pie:
18 oreo cookies (no cream filling)
1 qt. of ice cream of your choice
Sauce:
3 squares, 1 oz unsweetened chocolate
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
dash salt 2/3 cup milk

Directions:
Crush cookies in blender. Blend with 1/4 cup melted butter. Press into a 8-10" round pie plate (deep dish). Freeze at least one hour.
Soften the ice cream for 15-20 minutes until stirring consistency. Pour into crust and freeze until firm.
Sauce: Melt everything except milk in pan, add milk gradually stirring til thickened. Cool. Cover frozen ice cream with cooled chocolate sauce. Freeze 1 hour or more. Whip 1 cup whipping cream with sugar. Garnish slices of pie.
