1 stick of butter
4 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 cup sherry wine
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at 350ºF.
Melt butter in a 9x12x2 inch baking pan. Meanwhile place flour, salt and pepper in a bag. Drop in the chicken breasts and shake bag until each piece is covered.
Dip floured chicken in the melted butter and place in baking pan skin side up. Bake for 30 minutes, then pour sherry win over all and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
After 20 minutes baste: cook 20 minutes longer and baste again. Baking time in all is 1 1/2 hours.
