2 c of peeled potatoes
1 c of celery
Brown 1 1/2 pound of ground beef
1 med onion
salt
pepper
2 cans of kidney beans
2 cans of tomato soup
1/2 can of water

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes and place into mixing bowl. Add celery. Brown ground beef and onion. Drain ground beef and onion and add to mixing bowl. Salt and pepper to taste. Open kidney beans. Drain one can, leave juice in the other and add to mixture. Add tomato soup and 1/2 can of water. Transfer to a 13 X 9 casserole dish.

Bake at 350º for 30-45 minutes.

Grandma Figenser gave me this recipe. This is very filling casserole and makes great leftovers. Good to take to church for a potluck.
