1 1/2 pounds of ground beef
1 onion-chopped
1 c celery-diced
2 cans mushroom soup
1 can chicken and rice soup
1 can of mixed vegetables with juice
2 cups of chow mein noodles
1 can of mushrooms with juice (optional)
4 T of soy sauce

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º. Brown ground meat, onion, and celery, then drain.

Add all ingredients together and bake for 1 hour.
