3 eggs
3 lemons
1 can, 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
pinch of salt
5 T. sugar
Graham cracker piecrust

Directions:
Directions:
Separate the eggs. Collect the zest of the lemons. Combine egg yolks and the juice of 3 lemons. Add the milk and the zest. Mix with a mix master. Pour into pie shell. Beat egg whites and a pinch of salt with mix master. Add sugar, a Tablespoon at a time until fluffy. Put in pie shell. Brown meringue in oven on 400 degrees on broil. Watch it carefully because it is easily burned.

Jack's mother used to make this recipe a lot. It is my favorite pie recipe. It is easy to make and has a great sweet/tart flavor.
