1 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
3 1/2 cups sifted flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 cup broken pecans
2 cups raisins
1 cup chopped dates
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs; beat well. Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk. Add pecans, raisins and dates. Drop on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
