2 C instant pancake mix
1 C eggnog
3/4 C water
2 T sugar
2 T lemon juice
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
cinnamon & nutmeg
Directions:
Directions:
Mix batter in order of ingredients, flavoring with cinnamon and nutmeg to taste. Mix well. Cook on hot griddle until golden brown, then flip. Top with a dusting of powdered sugar.
