Biscuit Mix Ingredients:
8 cups of sifted enriched flour
1 T of salt
4 T of baking powder
1 cup shortening

Pancake Mix Ingredients:
1 Egg
1/2 c of milk
2 T of flour

Directions:
Directions:
Add 1 c of biscuit mix to bowl. Beat 1 egg well; combine with 1/2 c of milk then 2 T of flour then add to biscuit mix. Stir only to dampen flour. Then add more milk to make thin enough to pour.

Pour, Cook, Eat

Personal Notes:
The biscuit mix can be kept in your refrigerator for approximately 2 months to make either pancakes or biscuits. Make the mix and store it in a tightly covered container.

This is a very old recipe, and good.
