1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
3 small potatoes, cubed or 2 c. frozen hash browns
2 small carrots, cubed
Water
1 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can prepared biscuits
Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat and onion in heavy skillet; drain. Add potatoes, carrots and water; cook until vegetables are tender. Add milk and soup; mix well. Season to taste and reheat until bubbly. Place biscuits on top. Bake in 400º over until biscuits are done.
