1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup granulated sugar
3 egg yolks, lightly beaten
½ cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 cup flaked coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Combine evaporated milk, sugar, egg yolks, butter and vanilla. Cook and stir on medium heat for about 12 minutes or until thick and golden brown. Remove from heat and add coconut and pecans. Cool to spreading consistency.
