1 box Duncan Hines Swiss Chocolate Cake Mix
3 eggs
3 oz. INSTANT vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. oil

ICING

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
12 oz. Cool Whip
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 chocolate bar, chopped

Preheat oven to 350º

Combine all ingredients for cake and mix well. Grease and flour two cake pans. Pour batter into pans and bake for approximately 25-30 minutes. Split layers when cooled

For the icing, mix sugars and cream cheese until well blended. Fold in remaining ingredients. Ice cake between layers and on top. Refrigerate cake until ready to serve.
