Steak and Dumblings Recipe

2 lbs. sirloin steak
1/3 cup flour
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 can water
¼ cup oil
1 cup onions, chopped
Dumplings
1 cup flour
2 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt, celery salt, poultry seasoning and dry onion flakes
1/8 cup salad oil, ½ cup milk

Directions:

Cut steak in 2” pieces and coat with flour. Brown in oil. Put in 9x13 pan and add onions. Combine soup and water used in skillet for browning. Bring to boil and pour over meat.

Dumplings
Stir together flour, baking powder, salt and poultry seasoning. Add celery salt, onion flakes, oil and milk. Drop rounded tsp. of dough on top of meat mixture.

Bake 350 for 45 minutes. Add dumplings, increase temp. to 400 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes or
