4-5 boneless, skinless chicken

1 ½ cups Cheddar cheese, grated
1 ½ cups Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 pkg. flour tortillas
1 medium onion
¼ cup flour
1 cup sour cream
¼ cup butter
2 cups chicken broth
1 can (4 oz) mild green chilies

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken. Chop or shred chicken. In large saucepan, melt butter and sauté onions. Add chopped green chilies. Mix in flour, and then stir in broth until smooth. Turn heat to very low and add sour cream, mix until smooth. Pour half of the sauce into a 9 x 13 pan. Mix the grated cheeses together in a separate bowl (save some for the top). Place tortillas in a plastic bag and soften in the microwave for 30-40 seconds. Roll chicken and cheese in each tortilla. Place in baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over the top and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake 350 for 20 minutes.
