1 turkey
garlic powder
stuffing for turkey
paper bag
Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle garlic powder inside and outside the turkey liberally.
Place stuffing in turkey cavity if desired.
Place turkey in paper bag drum sticks facing outward.
Add 1/2 hour to hour to cooking time found in any cookbook, no need to baste - the turkey will remain moist.
While the turkey is cooking, remove pan drippings with baster and place in bowl. Skim off fat and mix drippings with giblets on stove for gravy. You may want to boil down the gravy to make it thicker.
