"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Mix first three ingredients together and let sit for 10 minutes. Add next three ingredients and 2 cups of flour and start to knead. Add 2 more cups flour and knead slowly. Continue to add more flour as needed so dough doesn't stick to sides.

Allow to rise in bowl till doubled. Punch down and form loaves or rolls. Let it rise a little - about 10-15 minutes and put slashes in the tops of the dough with a sharp knife. Continue to let rise till almost double.

Bake in a 400 degree oven for 18-20 minutes.
