Pick an amount appropriate for the number of persons you are serving.
Chicken breasts
Potatoes (white or sweet potatoes)
Carrots
Chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
In lrg pan (electric or stove top) brown chicken breasts in 1 tbsp oil on medium heat (about 5 mins). Then add 1 C chicken broth. Peel potatoes and carrots and cut in chunks and add to pan. Cover and cook on low heat about 40 mins. Remove chicken and veggies to platter and keep warm. Mix 2 tbsp corn starch with small amount of water to make paste. Bring broth to a boil (med heat). Add corn starch and water and stir constantly until thickened.
Serve each breast on plate with veggies and drizzle with gravy.
