4 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
16 oz. can pumpkin
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. cloves
½ tsp. ginger
½ tsp. nutmeg

Frosting
6 oz. cream cheese
¾ stick butter
1 tbsp. cream or milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3-4 c. powdered sugar

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, mix eggs, oil, sugar, and pumpkin.

2. In a small bowl, sift flower, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, cloves, ginger, and nutmeg. Add mixture to wet ingredients, blend well.

3. Pour into a greased and foured 16x11 pan. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes.

Frosting:
1. Beat cheese, buter, vanilla, and cream until soft. Add powdered sugar until frosting is up to a spreading consistency.

Frost cooled bars.
