4 c. flour, sifted
2 tsp. salt
1 ¾ c. shortening
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. vinegar
½ c. cold water
cubed steak, potatoes, green onions
carrots, shaved

Directions:
Directions:
1. Season steak with Tony's, Alpine Touch, salt and pepper, and green onion.

2. Mix potatoes and carrots in ½ tbsp. of salt and water.

Pastry
1. Combine flour, salt, and shortening.

2. Combine vinegar, water and egg.

3. Mix together. Place in pastry with 1 tbsp. inside on top before sealing.

4. Bake at 425º for 20 minutes, then at 350º fir 25 minutes.
