4 c. flour, sifted
2 tsp. salt
1 c. shortening
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. vinegar
c. cold water
cubed steak, potatoes, green onions
carrots, shaved

Directions:
Directions:
1. Season steak with Tony's, Alpine Touch, salt and pepper, and green onion.

2. Mix potatoes and carrots in tbsp. of salt and water.

Pastry
1. Combine flour, salt, and shortening.

2. Combine vinegar, water and egg.

3. Mix together. Place in pastry with 1 tbsp. inside on top before sealing.

4. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes, then at 350 fir 25 minutes.
