3 cups water
3 cups milk
6-8 or decaf black tea bags
1/2 cup honey
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground cardamom
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp ground ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water and milk to a boil. Add the remaining ingredients, then return to boil. Turn off heat and let steep for 3-5 minutes. Remove tea bags then filter through fine strainer. You can serve this hot or cold.
