4 large eggs, beaten or 1 (8-ounce) carton egg substitute (see food safety)
1/3 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups cold milk
1 cup cold orange juice
3 tablespoons rum extract
1 pint vanilla yogurt
Freshly grated orange peel

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine eggs or egg substitute, sugar and spices; whisk well to dissolve sugar. Whisk in milk, orange juice, vanilla extract and yogurt. Serve in punch cups and garnish with orange peel.
