California Casserole Recipe

2 lbs. hamburger
1/3 c. flour
1 tbsp. paprika
1/4 c. oil
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can water
1 3/4 c. onion

2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. onion flakes or chopped onion
1 c. milk
bread crumbs
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water
1 c. sour cream

Mix hamburger with flour and paprika, brown and add onion. When cooked add soup and water. Let simmer while making dumplings.
Dumplings: Mix all ingredients together. Drop by teaspoon into melted butter and roll in bread crumbs. Place dumplings on meat mixture and bake for 45 minutes at 350. Mix 1 can chicken soup, 1 can water, and 1 c. sour cream. Pour over top of dumplings and serve hot
