5 tsp. instant coffee

Directions:
Layer 1/2 of wafers in a greased 9x13 baking dish. Mix coffee with water and brush onto wafers, saving half of coffee for later. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and sour cream until smooth.

Add eggs and beat on low speed until combined. Divide batter in half. Add 1/2 of remaining coffee to one portion of the batter. Spread batter over wafers. Layer with remaining wafers and brush with remaining coffee. Top with remaining batter.

Bake at 325 for 45 minutes, or until center is almost set. Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes, then carefully run knife around edge of pan to loosen. Cool for 1 more hour, and then refrigerate overnight.

Spread whipped topping on top and sprinkle with cocoa.
