DOUGH
6 eggs
6 tbsp. salad oil
6 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
Pinch salt
Pinch sugar
2 c. flour (more if needed)

ICING
2 stiffly beaten egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Mix wet ingredients, the salt and the sugar. Mix baking powder with 2 cups of flour, and add to the wet ingredients. Mix with hands to form a dough that is not too sticky and not too dry. Add more flour if needed.

Break off a small piece and roll it into a 1-1/2" thick rope about 7-8 inches long. Join the ends to form a ring shape. Cookies should be about 3-4" across. Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes.

For icing, add 1/4 c. water to 1 c. of sugar to dissolve and let it cook until it threads. Add mixture to 2 stiffly beaten egg whites and mix with a wooden spoon until it thickens.

Bake at 350 until
