6 Baked Patty Shells
1 lb Mushrooms
4 tbsp Butter
3 tbsp Flour
3/4 c Chicken Broth
1/4 tsp Marjoram
1 tbsp Chopped Parsley
Salt and Pepper
1/4 c Heavy Cream
1 tbsp Sherry
2 tbsp Grated Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Wash mushrooms , remove stems and chop finely. Slice caps and cook all in butter for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in flour and gradually add broth. Add marjoram and parsley, salt and pepper to taste, and cook, stirring for 5 minutes. Stir in cream and sherry and cook 3 more minutes stirring constantly. Fill shells. Crumble patty caps and mix with cheese. Sprinkle on filling.

Bake at 350º for 15 minutes.
