4 pounds ground beef
3 eggs
2 cups bread crumbs
1 cup ketchup
1 large onion-finely chopped
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beef, 1/2 cup ketchup, and the remaining ingredients thoroughly. Spread into greased 12" dutch oven or form into loaf. Cook at 350 for 1 hour. Top with remaining ketchup and brown sugar with 15 minutes remaining.

This can be made in a dutch oven, in a conventional oven and I have even cooked it on the grill.
