2 pounds shrimp
2 cups water
1 tablespoon kosher salt
4-5 drops hot sauce
1 pound kielbasa
1 pound sweet corn

Directions:
Directions:
Cut kielbasa into 1-2" pieces. Warm up large cast iron dutch oven in bed of coals. Dissolve salt in water, add hot sauce, and place shrimp in solution. When dutch oven is hot, add sweet corn and pour water from shrimp over top. Cover and cook. After water starts boiling cook 15-20 minutes. Add water if necessary so the oven doesn't go dry. Add kielbasa and shrimp. Cover and cook 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand covered 10 minutes.
