1) Mix together: 2 c. flour, 2 c. sugar

2) Combine and boil: 1 stick oleo, 4 tbsp. cocoa
Pour 1 c. cold water over mixture.

3) Combine:
1/2 c. buttermilk or sour milk
1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
Add to mixture. Pour onto cookie sheet; bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool.

4) Frosting:
Combine 1 stick oleo, 4 tbsp. cocoa, and 5 tbsp. buttermilk. Boil and remove from heat. Add 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 box powdered sugar; beat well and add nuts.
