Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This recipe is very similar to Barb Kramer's Kentucky Spoon Bread. Four members of the Kramer clan submitted variations of the corn casserole recipe to the cookbook project, showing just how popular corn casserole is within the family! Only two of the recipes were included in the cookbook -- this one and Barb's Kentucky Spoon Bread.
