4 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced and sautéed
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. butter, softened
3 tbsp. fresh parsley
Petridge Farm crumb dressing, blend fine
melted butter for dipping
2 cans Pillsbury crescent rolls

Cut chicken into bite size pieces. With electric mixer, mix together cream cheese, butter, garlic powder, and parsley. Fold in chicken and mushrooms. Roll out triangle of crescents, and spoon on 1-2 tbsp. worth of cream cheese mixture. Fold up crescent to form a square; pinch seam closed with your fingers and crimp the edges with a fork. Dip top in melted butter and roll in crumbs. Place on un-greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with chicken gravy.
